CANCELLATION POLICY
When making a direct booking, you acknowledge and agree that all bookings and deposits are accepted by Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park subject to the following cancellation policy.

For bookings through Agents and third parties please refer to their appropriate policy. 

Cancellation of Accomodation Bookings

During the Off Peak Season, deposits will only be refunded if Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park is notified of your cancellation before 9am seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival. 

If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park may retain all of the deposit money.


Failure to Notify of Accomodation Cancellation 

If you do not notify Pembroke Tourist and LeisurePark of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park without any refund to you.

Group Accomodation Bookings and Special Offers 

Please note that the above conditions do not apply to group bookings (that is bookings taken as a group booking) or bookings that are made pursuant to a “Special Offer”.  We ask that you enquire as to Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park’s refund policy when making a Group Booking or a booking pursuant to a Special Offer.
