CANCELLATION POLICY When making a direct booking, you acknowledge and agree that all bookings and deposits are accepted by Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park subject to the following cancellation policy For bookings through Agents and third parties please refer to their appropriate policy. Cancellation of Bookings made in the Off Peak Season During the Offf Peak Season, deposits will only be refunded if Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park is notified of your cancellation before 9am two (2) days before your scheduled arrival. If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am otwo (2) days before your scheduled arrival Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park may retain all of the deposit money. Cancellation Bookings made wholly or partially in Peak Seasons During Peak Seasons, deposits will only be refunded to you if you notify Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park of your cancellation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than 30 days’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of site or cabin that you booked is able to be resold. Failure to Notify of Cancellation If you do not notify Pembroke Tourist and LeisurePark of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park without any refund to you. Group Bookings and Special Offers Please note that the above conditions do not apply to group bookings (that is bookings taken as a group booking) or bookings that are made pursuant to a “Special Offer”.We ask that you enquire as to Pembroke Tourist and Leisure Park’s refund policy when making a Group Booking or a booking pursuant to a Special Offer.
